ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE THEY ARE PROCESSED AND/OR SHIPPED


For obvious health reasons, we cannot accept returns. If your items come damaged, please contact 12pawscandyco@gmail.com and provide details with photographs of the product.


Hot Weather Advisory

Refunds will not be given for heat-damaged items. USPS and UPS do not consider melted items to be a valid damage claim. Gummy Candy will usually be fine unless it is sitting in extreme heat for multiple days. We do not offer chocolate at this time which tends to have more melting issues during the extreme heat. We will always try to ship priority so your items get to you as fast as possible. Please consider having someone available at your delivery location (or deliver to an office) so your package does not sit outside
