Refund/Return Policy: 

Please be advised we cannot accept any returns due to the nature of the product- food. Please be sure to check the ingredients list prior to placing an order and do not order items you Likely won’t like OR could potentially cause a health reaction, as we do not issue refunds. 

Also please note if a packages tracking information shows the package as delivered, we are not responsible for refunds or tracking the package down. It is the buyer's responsibility to track the package down through their local delivery service. 

We are not responsible for damages that occur to the packing or products during shipping. Once the product leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier service, and the responsibility from that point lies with them. Please contact your carrier if there were damages during shipping. We inspect each item before it leaves our possession.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CANDY DAMAGED DUE TO WEATHER RELATED INCIDENTS. IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THEY PURCHASE THE PROPER INSUATION FOR WARMER WEATHER AND THAT THE CANDY IS NOT LEFT IN TEMPERATURES OVER SEVENTY DEGREES FOR ANY LENGTH OF TIME.
